We are so excited for you to have your very own Personal Branding Experience that we get started planning as soon as you book your date. We block your date off months in advance, and you are the only client we see this day.

That said, sometimes life happens and your plans change! That’s why we have our reschedule policy so you know what to expect. 

Cancellations:

Please keep in mind that because of the nature of our business, Session Fees are not refundable for any reason if you decide to cancel your session. You are welcome to reschedule for another date that works better for your life, and goals. Please take a look at our reschedule policies below. 


Reschedules:

We book months in advance and in order to deliver our famous premium tailored service and for your privacy, we serve one client per day. For this reason, the closer it is to your session, the less likely it is that we can fill your date resulting in lost income for the entire team. 

Reschedules must be held within 365 days of original session date, or our soonest available appointment should there not be one available within 365 days of original date. If you email us with a request to reschedule, we must receive a response back within 5 business days or else we will consider the session canceled and the Session Fee forfeited. A Session Fee will not be held without a new date scheduled.  We require that a new date is selected before we can move your session. 

We offer 1 (one) complimentary reschedule as long as a minimum of 60 days notice is given to us in writing via email to studio@showyourspark.com.




Any applicable fees must be paid before a new date is given.
The fee is to cover admin time spent rearranging calendars, cross checking availability for our team and marketing to fill the date with another session.  A Session Fee will not be held without a new date scheduled. Once you request a new date, we require a new date to be confirmed within 7 days following your request, or 7 days prior to your scheduled session, whichever occurs first. If we do not hear back from you in this span of time, your session is considered cancelled, and your Session Fee has been forfeited.

Second Reschedule:
Should the need arise for a second reschedule, regardless of time before session, a $100 Fee will incur, in addition to any other fees if that request falls within 60 days of the scheduled session date. 

Within 60 Days of Scheduled Session: Should you need to reschedule or cancel for any reason within 60 days of your scheduled session date, a $100 Fee will incur.
 
Within 30 Days of Scheduled Session: Should you reschedule or cancel for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled session date, a $200 Fee will incur. 
 
Within 14 Days of Scheduled Session: Should you reschedule or cancel less than 14 business days in advance, a $300 Fee will incur. 

Within 72 Hours of Scheduled Session: Should you reschedule or cancel less than 72 hours in advance, a $400 Fee will incur. 

No-Show Fees: If for any reason you should fail to arrive for your scheduled session without calling or letting us know within 1 hr after your scheduled start time, your session will be considered canceled and a $750 Fee will incur.

 In order to treat all clients equally, these terms are non negotiable.
